Membrane Wrap™ is a DUAL-LAYERED dehydrated human amnion membrane
Amnio-Maxx® proprietary process retains nutrient-rich growth factors essential for signaling.
Helicoll accelerate tissue regeneration, repair, and healing of skin wounds caused by burn, trauma, diabetes, or chronic bed sore, ulcer, or venous ulcer.
Dermal Matrix retains the three dimensional intertwined, multidirectional fibers and mechanical properties of the native tissue.
WoundFix™ retains native placental components.
LIMITATIONS
Treatment will not exceed 10 applications and will not last longer than 12 weeks
Re-treatment for venous stasis ulcers or diabetic foot ulcers does not occur within one year
Use of more than one skin substitute at a time for the same wound
Continued use on wounds smaller than 0.5cm2
Continued use of same or alternative skin substitute for wounds that have no improvement in size or depth after 4 weeks from the start of therapy
ELIGIBILITY
Failed conservative care for 30 days prior to treatment
Venous stasis ulcer for at least 90 days prior to treatment
Adequate blood flow
Does not involve tendon, muscle, joint capsule, or exposed bone or sinus tracts
Wound is at least 1 cm2 in size
No active infection
Before Initial Amnio-Maxx Application
Our Advanced Care Team provides wound debridement (both curette and sharp) with appropriate numbing and dressing supplies.
